AcceleDent® is a simple-to-use, hands-free device designed for faster orthodontic treatment with only 20 minutes of daily use.
How does it work?
AcceleDent is an orthodontic micropulse device that we can prescribe to help accelerate your orthodontic treatment. Your braces work on their own by moving your teeth in specific directions. AcceleDent generates small vibrations, or micropulses, as your teeth are guided by your braces. These micropulses help accelerate the changing, or remodeling, of the bones surrounding your teeth to speed up tooth movement. The gentle vibrations will also help you feel more comfortable during treatment! AcceleDent requires only 20 minutes a day of regular, hands-free use so you can still text, read, email, or even watch TV while you accelerate your orthodontic treatment. Faster treatment also means fewer challenges to dental hygiene.
